Pricing Questions

What triggers the end of the pilot?

For Employers, the pilot ends when your first worker is placed. For RSOs, it ends when your first employer is managed. At that point, we'll reach out to discuss per-worker or per-employer pricing โ€” no surprise charges, no auto-billing.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Pilot access is activated by our team after a 30-minute onboarding call. No payment details required until after the pilot.

Can I upgrade or change my plan mid-pilot?

Yes. Contact your account manager at any time to add seats, switch tiers, or add the Employer + RSO joint plan.
